This cabin was built as a recreational
getaway, can be year around. Excellent big game hunting or
viewing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, etc. Located on the
top of the continental divide. With in walking distance to a big
game management area, and a new purposed wilderness area.
Elk and deer come to the front yard to
graze and yes there are black Bears and mountain lions. If
you're lucky you may get to see one. Montana Fish, Wildlife and
Parks counted over 1100 head of elk last September in the
Elliston hunting district.
There is great lake, river and stream
fishing just a short drive from the cabin. This is a sportsman's
dream. This log cabin provides outstanding year round sports
opportunities, over 300 miles of groomed snowmobile trails. NO
planes, trains, sirens, or lights just PEACE and QUIET. The
elevation of the cabin is 7200 feet. Surrounded by the
Helena National Forest. Great trail systems including the
outstanding Continental Divide Trail are just 500 yards away.
This is an end-of-the-road-property, 1/4 mile private
drive, gated and shared with one other lot. Just 10 miles off
U.S. Highway 12, 30 miles South West of Helena.
Cell phone reception is good, and a TV dish
provides connection with the outside world. Two bed room, plus a
sleeping loft, a full kitchen with oak cabinets, propane heater,
range, hot water, refrigerator and two lights. Full bath and a
sunken living room with wood stove will make your wilderness
stay comfortable. The master bedroom has patio doors leading to
small deck, with a hot tub.
A security deposit is required at the time of your reservation.
Based on double occupancy. A Slightly higher rates may apply for
Holidays and hunting season. Snowmobiles or ATVs are available for
rent. This is a very private and secluded cabin.

sites have water to them prices start from 25k - 48k depending on
size.
